SURA is a consortium of over 60 member research universities that facilitates collaborative efforts to undertake major research initiatives in nuclear physics, information technology, and coastal & environmental phenomenon. We were tapped to help the organization establish a more well-defined value proposition, brand look and feel, messaging platform, and marketing materials.

After an intensive information gathering process conducted with SURA staff and member representatives, we analyzed the findings and shaped a positioning that focused on the organization’s core functions; transcended geographic boundaries; solidified messaging points; and helped inform key branding tools, with particular focus on the main SURA website. In addition to creating a significantly more engaging and easy-to-use site, we developed a refreshened logo, an overview brochure, new print ads, a pocket folder, PowerPoint and newsletter templates, and other communications pieces.
