We partner with Reach Local in targeted search engine marketing campaigns. Reaching target audiences and lead goals requires using online search engines (including Google, Bing, Yahoo) while utilizing marketing methods—including search, display, retargeting, and more. Our goal is to tailor a SEM marketing strategy that fits business needs. With our SEM partner, we help our clients define, execute, and manage effective SEM marketing strategies.

Media Planning and Strategy

Our media partner, Right On Time Media Engineering, specializes in media planning, strategy and implementation. Right On Time uses results-driven media engineering methodologies that have been researched, calibrated, tested, and proven to give our campaigns maximum exposure in the marketplace. With over thirty years of experience as an expert media strategist, Right On Time founder, Jane Singleton has supervised and implemented media programs for regional companies from Fortune 100 to mid-sized businesses.

Public Relations

We partner with Weiss PR, Inc. The company specializes in five key industries—real estate, employee benefits and healthcare, professional services, technology, and nonprofit organizations. Weiss PR’s services include media and influencer relations, social media, crisis communications, and marketing services—all of which are anchored by strategic communications planning.

We also partner with Steven Drake Associates, LLC. Steve Drake offers more than 30 years of domestic and global experience helping corporations, educational institutions, associations and government agencies meet their strategic business objectives through public affairs and public relations.

Market Research

For specific market research needs, we partner with Allan Newman Research. For over 25 years, Allan Newman Research (ANR) has offered quantitative, and field services research. Whether it’s advertising tracking, concept testing, telephone surveys, web-based surveys, benefit testing, or intercept/mail surveys, ANR offers all of the services you’d expect from a research firm without any of the bureaucracy. Dan Hough, president of Allan Newman Research, is an experienced research professional and an expert moderator.

Multichannel Direct Marketing

We partner with SnailWorks on direct marketing assignments to build and deploy targeted, integrated campaigns. SnailWorks uses a web-based platform to track postal mail and synchronize multifaceted direct marketing campaigns with triggered emails, QR codes, PURLs, and landing pages. We provide the strategic components of the project—the value proposition and the creative—and SnailWorks provides the tactical tools to launch and coordinate it. Its software platform provides us with a multichannel touch-point dashboard reporting system that allows real-time monitoring of all activity within a campaign.

Music and Sound Design

We partner with Clean Cuts, a leader in original music and sound design, for all of our online, radio, and TV production needs. Clean Cuts has highly skilled teams of composers and sound designers who assist us with original music, sound design, audio post-production, voice casting, and stock music selection.
