Integrated direct marketing services provider looks to build awareness of multichannel capabilities and products
Washington, DC, September 12, 2017—David Franek, president and chief creative officer of The Design Channel (TDC), announced today that direct marketing services firm SnailWorks has brought The Design Channel (TDC) on board for several upcoming assignments.
Specializing in developing direct marketing campaigns with web-based coordination tactics, SnailWorks will be working with TDC to promote its Direct2Digital multichannel product to companies and mail houses that regularly implement direct mail campaigns, and to also engage marketing agencies that coordinate direct mail campaigns on behalf of their clients.
“We have worked successfully with SnailWorks on a number of assignments for many years and we’re thrilled to have another opportunity,” said Franek. “There is a tremendous opportunity today for marketers and marketing agencies using direct mail to enhance response rates and ROI by integrating online touch points with direct mail through a strategic, coordinated approach offered by Direct2Digital.”
The engagement with SnailWorks will include developing marketing assets for Direct2Digital that include a logo, a tagline, design look and feel, a product sheet, and a landing page. In addition, TDC will generate tactics for a SnailWorks campaign that target direct marketing agencies and demonstrate how a coordinated campaign works; these include postcards, triggered emails, a landing page, and banner ads.
TDC will also create and implement a campaign aimed at members of the American Marketing Association on behalf of SnailWorks that will include a sponsored article in its Marketing News publication and email messaging.
Work on these elements has already begun and will continue through rollout of the marketing campaigns in the first quarter of 2018.
SnailWorks offers web-based tactical tools that integrate with and enhance the effectiveness and ROI of direct mail campaigns. Based in Frederick, MD, Snailworks enables marketers to leverage a number of coordinated touch points—direct mail, landing pages, triggered emails, banner ads, and more—to ensure a more thorough, targeted, and informative marketing experience for customers and prospects.
