Association Turns Again to The Design Channel to Promote Annual Meeting

American Association of Immunologists enlists TDC to provide comprehensive communications support for 2016 Seattle event

Washington, DC, December 1, 2015—David Franek, president of The Design Channel, announced today that the American Association of Immunologists (AAI) has engaged TDC to develop a broad range of marketing communications for the association’s upcoming annual meeting in Seattle, Washington, May 13–17 in 2016.

This will be the third successive AAI annual meeting for which TDC will be providing communications support. Last year, the agency helped AAI promote its New Orleans event; in 2013, TDC was tapped to grow awareness of the association’s meeting in Pittsburgh.

“We’re pleased that AAI continues to place its confidence in us,” said Franek. “Its annual meeting is a ‘must-attend’ occasion for anyone in the immunology field. We’re proud to be able to apply our services toward an event that showcases leading-edge research and thinking that impacts the medical profession and our world in a profound way.”

This year, TDC will be supporting the event by developing print ads, program guide and cover designs, save-the-date postcards, and a variety of signage and booth materials that will be displayed during the meeting.
