Association looks to upgrade marketing identity for annual conference and tradeshow
Washington, DC, September 7, 2017—It was announced today by David Franek, president and chief creative officer of The Design Channel, that the American Telemedicine Association (ATA) has selected the agency to develop a new brand identity for its annual conference and tradeshow event, the largest telehealth conference in the industry. The new identity will be rolled out for promotion of ATA’s next annual conference, which takes place in Chicago April 29–May 1, 2018.
“This is a great opportunity to support an organization that advances a critically important and rapidly growing segment of healthcare,” says Franek. “We look forward to helping ATA establish a conference brand that enables it to stand out among similar events and helps reinforce the conference’s standing as the premier event in its field.”
The assignment will launch with a basic discovery/interview phase with ATA staff and past conference attendees to gather insights and perceptions of past conference branding and identify opportunities for better engagement moving forward. Information from these discussions will then shape the development of a conference logo mark, conference name, conference theme line, and a sub-brand tagline. Following the approval of a final concept, various configurations and versions will be created for specific applications in conference marketing materials.
A style guide will also be established to ensure consistency and appropriate usage in a wide range of marketing communications.
