Based in Glen Burnie, MD, Arundel Federal Savings (AFS) needed fresh ways to attract new mortgage business as well as entice current customers to consider its Wealth Builder IRA long-term savings product. After evaluating several D.C.-area marketing communications firms, it selected the Channel team for the assignment.
The Wealth Builder campaign had a youthful, millennial-friendly look-and-feel that touted the benefits of the product. It was applied to a landing page, in-branch posters, and a postcard series. Our mortgage campaign highlighted actual AFS loan officers and a warm, inviting presentation that mirrored the personal service focus of the bank. This approach was applied to a landing page, banner ads, print ads, as well as short videos featuring loan officers discussing mortgage solutions.
